ALLISON COTTRELL

is a choral conductor & Portland-based Soprano. She is currently the Director of Choral Activities at Cleveland High School and the Chancel Choir Director at First United Methodist Church. She was a Choral Graduate Teacher Assistant at Portland State where she was the conductor of the Rose Choir and co-director of the University Choir, as well as soprano section leader of the award-winning PSU Chamber Choir. She currently serves as the Web and Communications Director for NWACDA on their board and is a founding-member and executive director of Nexus Vocal Ensemble. Allison has sang with many choirs and organizations in the PNW including, Oregon Repertory Singers, Oregon Catholic Press, and Oregon Symphony projects to name a few. She holds a BM and MAT from Eastern Oregon University, and a MM in Choral Conducting from Portland State University.​
